Love your programmes what are your tips for dressing over 60 year old

First 3 looks are fantastic! Plain simple fabrics but quite BOLD.

Loving the new spring look, not sure if I could wear maxi skirt only being 5" 4! Will be out shopping on the 7th.

I love the Spring fashions, but not sure I could wear them as they look like they all suit the young and not someone of 64

  • sas26 January 2013 at 15:37:29

looks fab! cant wait to see (buy!!) the whole collection!

I usually buy at least one item from each Gok collection, but not this time. There is nothing attractive, and nothing that would fit me. Skinny jeans don't work for 16+, not sure shapeless draped tops do either.

I have a niggling feeling that long skirts will be totally in this Spring!

Loving the Boucle sports jacket everything else- not really

Hey Gok, great collection. I love your programmes, particularly the fact that you showcase real women with real bodies. And because of this I am really disappointed to see that your collection is fab for skinny, young, model-like looking women. It would have been great to see a collection for bodies of various shapes, some size 12, 14, 16 there, on taller and petite, on regular looking women! Well, maybe one day… but I thought if anyone can do it you’d be the one!

Having just watched Gok with Naseem -I think what he does is so kind - caring - and sincere - and he changes people's lives for the better. How about Gok himself - is he happy ? I do hope so - he deserves to be.

I absolutely love the programme but agree with a couple of comments made already. How about styles for larger people going up to size 20+ and for age 60+. I am losing weight at the moment so would love some ideas for a good fashionable look at cheap prices through out my weight drop. I maybe classed as getting on by some, but still like to follow trends but need advice so I don't like mutton dressed as lamb

  • caroline02 February 2013 at 14:15:28

  • Joan Gill02 February 2013 at 15:42:03

love the cowl neck top cannot wait to see the rest close up and personal however I do agree with some of the comments already listed below............you are a great guy Gok and have done so much for us over 60's but I think this time is may just be a little young for some of us........

  • Karen Mistlin02 February 2013 at 15:51:27

Love Gok usually, I have several dresses in my wardrobe. Sorry this sneak preview does not inspire me boring and bland , I hope the rest of the collection is more appealing.

  • Jax02 February 2013 at 21:13:42

Hi Gok, lovely to get a sneak look at your Spring collection. Even though I can't see myself in the maxi skirt (at 5'1' I'm a bit too short) I do like the t shirts & jacket. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your collection. Enjoying your new show, keep up the good work. X

  • Erika02 February 2013 at 22:06:50

Love the collection! Also what about the Shoes they're hot where can we buy them?

  • Shirley03 February 2013 at 00:13:21

Gok I thought you would do things that the bigger lady could wear,, When I go into my local Sainsburys there always seems to be things that would suit the smaller lady and they dont have a wide range of sizes. Would love to see something for the bigger real lady. We dont all like to wear big bold prints or oranges which is what a lot of bigger sized companies make for us. Come on Gok,, we know you can do it!!

  • Claire03 February 2013 at 20:28:21

Have 2 pieces of previous Gok Collections but will not be buying from this one. Trousers all too skinny and dull colours. Very disappointed

  • sally04 February 2013 at 10:36:55

  • Lisa April Mosdell04 February 2013 at 15:19:30

  • Jan05 February 2013 at 12:21:14

All OK if you're under 30 and a slim jim... what about us trendy oldies over 60 ??

  • Valerie05 February 2013 at 14:54:33

Love the sports jacket but that's all. What happened to colour?! Why are women only offered black, navy, grey trousers when they could be blue, pink, red, yellow... What about some sleeves, Gok? You KNOW what happens to women's upper arms after, and even before, a certain age. I have curves and muscles that look horrid in skinny trousers. The models are not your usual ones. Don't sell yourself, and us, short, Gok!!!

  • sue walsh05 February 2013 at 17:10:23

Cowl Neck Oil Wash Top, £35.00; Maxi Skirt, £30.00 i love this ...what a winning combination

  • Vanessa06 February 2013 at 21:42:48

Love the green cowl neck dress (even more so that it's £35!), maxi skirt and one shoulder top - well done Gok! I love you! Wish you could make me over, how does a girl get lucky enough to be on one of your shows? I saw you on the street years ago, should have accosted you then... lol (oh dear sounds a bit stalker-ish!) On a serious note you're doing a great job helping the women of the UK feel good about their bodies and now helping us remember how to flirt, keep up the great work! xx

  • Margaret Linekar13 February 2013 at 18:22:26
