| Text in row straight after title. Titles are class 'subhead'. 'Narrow rows between paragraphs. Whole row spaces between sections. Table width 378px, no padding, spacing or border. |
| Figures tables |
| 756px wide, 1 cell padding and spacing, no border. Orange lines are 751px wide, 1 or 3px high. Use 100% lines for if they don't span the whole table. Use a spacer in blank cells in these rows so that the whole row closes up. |
| Table headings are class 'small' for normal text, 'smallbluebold' for the blue headings. Blue bold figures in the table are 'subhead'. Footnotes should be class 'footnote'. Use a narrow space to separate tables from text if the two are connected. If they are not connected, use a whole line space below (i.e. follow style of pdf). For boxed figures use the 'boxed' style for black figures and 'boxedblue' for the blue figures. |
