Our Sustainability Plan
Annual Report 2016
To celebrate all our our eggs being cage free since 2012 we asked our brilliant bloggers for their go to egg recipes. They've come up with some brilliant creations which are also perfect inspiration for getting involved in #BritishEggWeek.
Sourcing with integrity is at the heart of what we do, so when we decided to supply only cage free eggs back in 2012 it seemed like a natural move for us. To celebrate our egg success we gave our bloggers some inspiration by sharing with them our litte story supporting cage free eggs, from this they've created these wonderful recipes.
Our little story, celebrating all our hens, and the eggs they produce, being cage free.
Banana, Nectarine and flaxseed panacakes
We love Helen, from fuss free flavours, pancakes- especially because they're gluten free!
Pink Praline Cardamon Buns
We're definitely intrigued by Deepa, from foodmela, and her recipe for 'next level cinnamon buns'.
No cheese haddock omelette
We’re not being cheesey but we think Helen's omelette is egg-cellent!
Spinach and Bacon muffins
Ciara, from my fussy eater, has made these fabulous muffins. We're egg-cited to try these for breakfast!
An egg-cellent discovery by Cakeyboi
We love this nifty way to scramble eggs using a blender, quick and tasty!
Divine Lemon Curd
Lisa has posted her five favourite ways to eat eggs: hollandaise, meringues, lemon curd, frittata and of course cake, brownies and cookies! We're not sure we can choose a favourite but we think you'll agree this lemon curd looks divine.
We think you'll agree Sisley’s omelette looks amazing and it's super easy with no need to flip!
Awesome blueberry waffles
Mummybarrow has created these lovely waffles as alternative to blueberry muffins. We think we're in love....
