Our Sustainability Plan
Annual Report 2016
Light, fluffy and totally moreish, marshmallows are a perfect sweet treat either on their own, added to desserts or on top of hot chocolate with plenty of cream. But have you ever thought about making some at home? Our bloggers tried out our Make Your Own Marshmallow Kit and they were surprised just how easy they are to make.
Keeping it Simple
Liz keeps it simple with her marshmallows, but like us she did think that that they would be so complicated she would need ‘magical ingredients’ and a whole host of kitchen equipment to make them. So she kept to the Make Your Own Marshmallow Kit's instructions and it was much easier than she thought!
Mulled Wine Marshmallows
Not sure what to do with that bottle of mulled wine still hanging around in the cupboard? Well, Sisley’s mulled wine swirled marshmallow should give you the perfect excuse to put it to good use.
We really like that Louise and Sous Chef J packaged some of their marshmallows up and gave them away as treats. But most of all we like the brilliant idea to use pastry cutters to cut them in to stars! Oh and we like that it means there is an extra ‘cooks reward’.
Salted Caramel Marshmallows
Clare has picked the flavour of the moment for her Marshmallows – salted caramel. We have a bit of an obsession with salted caramel, so we’re pretty sure that not only do these look amazing but they taste sensational too.
